2. How do I remove a user’s access?

  • Login to your Medici account, and the navigate to the Setup menu.
  • Select Users from the dropdown.
  • Click on the … then click Disable User
  • The User is now disabled. They will no longer be able to login to Medici. To view disabled users, toggle the Show Disabled Users toggle on the Users page.
